5G, WiFi, wireless devices – what impact do they have on our health?

I called to arrange an interview with you. I spent time in front of the computer working on this text, and then our conversation will be published on the website and readers will see it on their monitor or smartphone screen. These are devices designed to make our lives comfortable. And you want to tell me that all this is unhealthy?

(laughter). Take into account the fact that we turned on the first light bulb 140 years ago, while the history of humanity as we know it has over 200,000 years of history. We did not have time to adapt our DNA to such powerful changes and interference in the natural human environment. The point is not to eliminate these devices, but to protect yourself against their harmful effects and to transform the natural environment, which is drastically disturbed by the latest technologies. You will admit that electromagnetic smog is often confused with gaseous smog, which is created by combining fog with smoke and exhaust gases.

Unfortunately yes. So let’s explain what electromagnetic smog is, i.e. 5G?

5G is just one of many sources of electromagnetic smog – but it is extremely dangerous both for humans and the environment. Smog, which is created by the overlapping of waves emitted by electrical devices, satellite dishes, telephones, televisions, laptops, computers, electronics and household appliances, hair dryers, microwave ovens, diodes, alarms, etc., disturbs our functioning, leading to many diseases. such as: cancer, leukemia, chronic fatigue, obesity. Electrosmog is the result of the accumulation of various electromagnetic influences in one area. The particular threat associated with such environmental pollution concerns the fact that it is invisible to the human eye, which is why we often do not notice or feel the ailments that result from the direct penetration of electromagnetic waves through us to the same extent.

Do you want to scare us?

Absolutely not, rather make you aware. We are so fascinated by the benefits of technological development that we often do not notice the threats resulting from such a rapid pace of change, and the coin always has two sides. We have accelerated travel and transport of food from all over the globe, and at any time of the year we have fruit and vegetables from the farthest corners of the world in stores. Everything is smart – phones, TVs, cars. We also have functional clothing, and we can even transmit sound by touching the face. However, all this has its consequences – not only in the form of excessive exploitation of the planet, but above all on our health. We love flying, thanks to which we can travel much faster than in a traditional way, but little is said about the disadvantages of such air travel. Can you imagine that during one long-haul flight there are approx. 300 electronic devices?

Since airlines offer Wi-Fi access during flights, tablets, smartphones and laptops are in constant use on board, generating additional electromagnetic radiation. 65 tons of aluminum are used to build the plane’s skin. This coating creates a kind of screen that reflects the radiation from these devices back into the aircraft, i.e. it works a bit like a microwave oven, trapping the radiation. Over 500 km of cables make up the aircraft’s on-board systems.  Modern machines consume as much energy as 300 working washing machines. In addition, each long-haul plane has approx. 400 monitors in the headrests of the seats, each of which also emits electromagnetic radiation.

As a result, during the cruise, we simmer in a soup of harmful waves that heat the cells of the entire body, destroying DNA. For example, a cell phone heats the brain 200 times, exceeding all standards and leading to neuronal degeneration, and evolution has not yet managed to develop defense or threat signaling systems. Technology has advanced much further than the adaptive capacity of the human body. And yet even the smallest DNA change increases the risk of cancer.  The situation is no better with new cars, which are currently approx. 7 km of cables, navigation systems, screens in the headrests, heated seats and TVs – all this makes our body boil inside them.

Is there research on this topic?

In 2007, research was carried out on human cells grown in the laboratory. They were exposed to Wi-Fi radiation. After a two-hour exposure, 221 genes changed their expression, and after a six-hour exposure, 759 genes changed. Now imagine that we are exposed to Wi-Fi 24 hours a day. What’s more, we have smart meters, wireless landline phones, keyboards, mice, baby monitors, smartwatches – the microwave itself is just a small thing. A simple experiment is enough to see the effects of microwave waves (the same waves as 5G) on the body. Watering any plant with water cooked in a microwave in just a few days will kill it. The same processes take place in our body – but at a slower pace, because the human body has still not lost its phenomenal ability to regenerate and rebuild.

A few years ago, the Russians conducted an experiment using second-generation mobile phones. They placed a raw egg between two phones of this type that were exchanging data with each other. After 15 minutes nothing happened, after 25 minutes the egg started to heat up significantly, after 45 minutes it was already hot, and after 65 minutes it was completely cooked. So if electromagnetic radiation can modify egg proteins, imagine what it does to the proteins in our brains.

Where to start to neutralize the impact of waves on our health?

From the environment in which we live, i.e. the space in which we spend a relatively large amount of time – our home. Regardless of whether it is an apartment or a house, the amount of natural materials such as wood, glass, stone, metal is important. You should avoid plastic, synthetic clothing and all materials that are far from nature. While everything related to nature protects us against synthetic electromagnetic radiation, all fabrics, furniture and interiors composed of unnatural materials attract artificial electromagnetic fields, worsening our condition, well-being and long-term health.

We may not fly often, mostly on holidays, but we use our mobile phones all the time.  How to use them without being exposed to electromagnetic waves and 5G?

If the signal is weak, in the sense of poor coverage, the cell phone is working all the time because it wants to establish a connection – few people know this. It is also worth using wired headphones and loudspeakers in the car. When we buy a new mobile phone, its manual contains several pages of descriptions on how to use it, what to do and what not to do. I don’t know if at least 1% of users pay attention to this description. Each phone also has a body wave absorption coefficient, called SAR for short. The lower it is, the better. When I change my phone myself, I always check this level. In salons, employees are obliged to provide such information when asked for it. 0.4-05 is the lowest level, unfortunately iPhones have the highest between 1.8 and 1.3. – which can be neutralized, for example, by gluing a passive antenna to the phone, thus reducing wave emissions from the phone’s antenna, which does not disturb its functioning.

Do not hold phones near your head, above the bed, in your pockets, etc. Let’s not turn our heads into an antenna. By wearing wireless headphones, smartwatches and a smartphone every day, we create wave circulation around our body, turning ourselves into an antenna – let’s not forget that the human body is made of 70% water, and water is the best transmitter.

Limit children’s contact with the phone and never put the phone in the stroller to put the child to sleep. Don’t wear your phone over your heart or in your pants. If you work at a desk with a computer, buy a wired keyboard and mouse and move the equipment as far away from each other as possible – radiation decreases with the cube of the distance. Do not hold the computer on your legs or stomach. If your job requires sitting in front of a screen for many hours, buy special glasses with lenses that protect your eyeballs against electromagnetic radiation and blue light. These may not be cheap glasses, but they are certainly much more economical than an eyeball transplant or cancer treatment.

At work, we are surrounded by computers, especially in open spaces, in fashionable offices, “glass houses”, photocopiers, printers, scanners, and cables.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there are no living plants in such spaces? There are artificial flowers, however. Unfortunately, no living plant will bloom, grow or survive in the wave circulation that these devices produce for a long time.

I read on one of the foreign websites that plants and vegetables can protect us to some extent against radiation and protect, among others, lymphocytes. Do you know such plants?

Cell phone radiation is known to reduce the amount of glutathione in the body. Asparagus, among others they contain glutathione and selenium, both of which are antioxidants capable of repairing DNA, dispersing useless molecules and removing heavy metals from the body. Likewise artichokes. Their leaves contain silymarin, which also increases glutathione levels in the body. You could joke that we’ve heard of garlic being used to repel vampires, but you could say that this vegetable has the ability to repel waves! Garlic contains sulfur, which supports detoxification in the body as well as the conversion of vitamins and proteins. Garlic can also remove mercury from seafood and fish. We work for our health all the time. Every action we take every day affects us positively or negatively. Also what ends up on our plate. Nature doesn’t need us, but we won’t survive without it.

The next device is a laptop. How can we protect ourselves against another device we can’t imagine life without?

Let’s not touch the laptop directly. Let’s work with a pinned mouse and a pinned keyboard. It’s also a good idea to move the screen away from you. Let’s use grounded sockets. Let’s also detox from time to time. I recommend a holiday without a phone, laptop or TV. Italy is a leader in such practices. Some hotels even advertise that they limit access to such devices. Moreover, by researching how individual countries manage to protect their territory and citizens against electromagnetic smog and the 5G network, it seems to me that Luxembourg, Scandinavia and Russia cope with this challenge most effectively.
